In July of 2010, we launched GMB with our first official program, Rings One (R1). R1 was the first gymnastic rings program on the market, and the kinds of skills we were teaching had only ever been accessible to gymnasts before. And that’s exactly where Ryan learned most of the stuff he put in the program. He took a lot of those skills he’d learned as a competitive gymnast, and distilled them down to practical skills for regular people.

Big Changes to Alpha Posse

You might not know this, but we’ve got a vibrant online community called the Alpha Posse. It’s our not-so-secret little “secret,” and we’ve just made it 100x better so we can share it with the world. First, a little background on AP. It all started in May of 2011, when Ryan, Andy, and Jarlo realized they were fielding so many questions from clients on a daily basis, that a community forum might be pretty useful.

Payment Plans Now Available!

Since the dawn of time (or since GMB started–whichever came first), people have been asking us if we’d offer payment plans on our programs. And we always said no, because there were some logistical issues in the past, and we were focusing on making and updating programs, publishing tons of free content, and continuing to make GMB a better place for everyone. Best of GMB in 2018

2018 is about to come to a close, and you know what that means! It’s time for our annual GMB round-up. Here’s a rundown of some of what happened this year: published 25 new articles and routines, and made major updates to another 22 articles beefed up our YouTube channel with 40 new videos, now enjoyed by 21,000 new subscribers (if you’re not one of them yet, click here to subscribe) graduated 14 new GMB trainers this year, bringing our grand total up to 70 GMB Trainers all over the world!
